At DropRoyal, all products are fulfilled via third-party suppliers. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-defective products. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by the customer
• Dissatisfaction not related to a defect
In such cases, the seller is solely responsible for handling any arrangements with their end customer. DropRoyal holds no liability for these returns.
Returns are only eligible if the product is:
• Defective
• Damaged upon arrival
• Incorrect (wrong item received)
To qualify:
• The issue must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
• Clear photo/video evidence must be provided
• The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of the issue
• The product must be unused and returned in original packaging (unless damaged upon arrival)
• Returns must be sent to the designated supplier address provided by DropRoyal
Before initiating any return:
1. A return case must be opened with DropRoyal
2. The customer must receive explicit approval and instructions
Returns sent without prior authorization:
• May be rejected
• May not be refunded
• May be lost without liability
• Refunds (if approved) are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by the supplier
• DropRoyal reserves the right to deny refunds if the return does not meet the required conditions
DropRoyal acts solely as an intermediary between the seller and third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for:
• Return shipping delays or losses
• Supplier processing times
• Customer misuse of products
